To Whom it May Concern
In accordance with TSA Regulations, this Letter authorizes Nile Cargo Carrier and its Agents:

To screen all Air Cargo tendered by me from the date of this notification forward until revoked in writing.

Furthermore, I do not hold Nile Cargo Carrier responsible for Loss, Damage or Delays due to opening any cargo, resulting physical inspection, repackaging or any impact on transit times associated with this screening.

I understand that Nile Cargo Carrier will refuse to offer my Cargo for Transportation by Air Cargo, should I not consent to have my cargo screened as per TSA regulations.

I authorize Nile Cargo to always screen my air cargo and to repack it if necessary
