• There is $45.00 fee for any shipment which contains Lithium Battery inside like Laptop, Digital Camera etc.

Ocean Shipping from the USA to Kenya

• We offer ocean shipping services from the USA to Kenya.
• We ship out ocean freight to Kenya every 2 months and the ocean shipping transit is time about 3 months.
• Ocean freight rates are based on the dimensional weight (size of the shipment) and the costs is $18.00 per cubic foot from our shipping terminal in Boston, USA to Nairobi, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Bungoma.
• With our ocean shipping services, you can ship 2 boxes or 10 boxes but the minimum chargeable weight is 10 cubic feet or $180.00
• We have over 80 Receiving Agents across the U.S. where you can drop off your shipment.
• Ground transportation charges from our nearest Agent to you to our shipping Terminal in Boston, cost anywhere from $0.75 (75 cents plus) per Lb. depending on the distance.
• We also offer pick-up services from different from major cities.

Important Shipping information

• Air cargo rates are based on actual weight or dimensional weight whichever is greater.
• Shipping rates for both Air cargo and Sea freight are subject to change without prior notice.
• Customs Clearing fees: 
• The customs clearing fees are not included in the air cargo rates and Ocean freight rates, whoever our Kampala office offer Customs Clearing services and Door delivery anywhere in Uganda.
• The Customs clearing fees or import taxes in Uganda are charged based on the type of an item imported, its value and the quantity. Some items pay more import taxes than others.
• If our customer fills a detailed packing list from our web site, (Shipping Forms) and submit it on online or email us a detailed packing list, we will be able be to give her or him a good estimate of the customs fees expected to pay for his or her shipment.
• Our customers in U.S. can also pay their customs clearing fees along with their shipping fees here in U.S. after we have received a detailed packing list.
• Transit time: We cannot guarantee on time arrivals, (ETA) mainly because of Weather, Security, Covid19 Pandemic, lack of cargo space on the Cargo Airlines, Airport delays or other problems. However, be assured we will make every effort to have it there on time and in good shape.
• Door Delivery: Our Kampala Office offers door deliveries anywhere in Uganda for a small delivery fee.
